What is the return policy?

At NM Closet, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

    Unused and unworn
    In original condition with tags attached
    Not damaged or altered.
  • Returns are only accepted in case of:
    Wrong item received
    Defective or damaged product
  • To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear pictures of the issue.
What is the delivery time?

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan for your convenience.

What if the size doesn’t fit?

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition.
